Bill’s dark and dingy basement dungeon. On a tip
from a hysterical young woman who reported that
she had been held captive in a nearby house, police
investigated Heidnik’s basement. They found three
partially clad women chained to pipes and two other
women who had died in the dungeon of suffocation
and electrocution.
